Purchase Protection Plan (PPP)

What is the PPP?

It is a purchase service contract that provides flexible plan options to help keep agricutlural and construction equipment working properly beyond the manufacturer's base warranty period.

What Equipment is Eligible?

• New Equipment within the manufacturer's base warranty period at time of registration qualifites for standard new equipment rates.
• New equipment plans may be added up to four months after the manufacturer's base warranty period espires, however:
  - a surcharge will be added to the standard new equipment rate
  - failures occurring within the first 30 days after registration will not be eligible for reimbursement
• Used equipment must be less than seven years old and have less than 7,000 machine hours at ttime of registation, however:
  - eligible repairs within the first 30 days after registration will be reimbursed at 50% of the noraml retail cost for parts and labour
  - used equipment with more than 1,000 machine hours will require oil testing to determind eligibitly.

Physical Damange Insurance (PDI)

What is PDI?

It is comprehensive converage to replace or repair insure equipment in the event of direct physical loss or damage during the term of a CNH Captial Canada Ltd. retail contract or lease agreement.

What is Covered?

• Covered perils - include, but are not limited to: collision, fire, hail, overturn, tornado, wind, earthquake, flood, ingestion of foreign objects, theft, vandalism and vermin infestation, all as specified in the contract as issued
• Coverage extends to:
  - tires and tubes, covered for the same perils as the rest of the equipment
  - up to $10,000 per year for clean up or removal of pollutants
